About
B&T Drilling has been breaking ground across Western Australia. From our early days as a drill-and-blast outfit in Sandstone to becoming the premier choice for Perth Hills water bores and regional mineral exploration, our history is built on hard work, mechanical reliability, and honest advice.
About B&T Drilling
B&T Drilling is a Western Australian water bore drilling company based in Bullsbrook. We specialise in hard-rock water bore drilling for rural and agricultural properties, commercial sites and larger residential blocks of one acre or more.

Our team brings extensive drilling and mechanical experience to every project. We understand that each property and drilling location is different, so we take the time to review the available groundwater information, site access, surrounding geology and the client’s intended use before work begins.
From the initial enquiry through to the completion of the bore, we provide clear advice, realistic expectations and regular communication. Our focus is on completing each job safely, professionally and to a high standard.
Why Trust Your Drilling to Us
Proven Industry Experience
Our team brings practical drilling and mechanical experience to water bore projects across Western Australia. This experience helps us assess site conditions, respond to challenges and make informed decisions throughout the drilling process.
Local Groundwater Knowledge
We use available groundwater records, nearby bore information, geological data and our own drilling history when assessing a property.
Although groundwater cannot be guaranteed before drilling, this information helps us identify a practical bore location and provide realistic guidance about likely local conditions.
Hard-Rock Drilling Specialists
We have extensive experience drilling through granite and other hard-rock formations commonly found throughout the Perth Hills, Chittering Valley and regional Western Australia.
Our equipment is selected and maintained to operate in these challenging ground conditions.
Class 1 Licensed Waterwell Driller
Our water bore drilling is carried out under a Class 1 water well drilling licence and in accordance with relevant industry requirements and accepted drilling practices.
Reliable, Well-Maintained Equipment
We regularly inspect, service and maintain our drilling rigs, support vehicles and equipment to reduce the risk of avoidable breakdowns and delays on site.
While mechanical issues can occur in any drilling operation, preventative maintenance is an important part of how we prepare for each project.
Honest, Direct Advice
As a local family business, we provide straightforward information, realistic expectations and clear pricing before work begins.
We explain the drilling process, discuss the uncertainties involved and keep clients informed as the job progresses.
